About Paul Siddle

Paul Siddle, The Executive Protocol Group’s founder, is a veteran of twenty-five years in the business world. He first began his observations of business etiquette, protocol and diversity while carrying out assignments in England, India and Mexico for an international Fortune 500™ company.

His next career step included numerous sales management positions for the largest family-owned brewery in the US. On travels across the country he met and entertained decision-makers from America’s largest companies providing him with his often humorous perspective of "Business Etiquette." He saw the best and worst behavior the business world had to offer and began developing his concept of sorely needed business etiquette training seminars for corporations.  These business interactions also provided Paul with the realization each company possesses multiple facets responsible for its culture. One must recognize and manage these facets to conduct business effectively. There is, however, one common element embedded in successful business methods:powerful business etiquette!

Paul's experience working with and entertaining customers honed his business and social skills and shaped the foundation of his presentation style that prompted Inside Business Journal to dub him the "premier business etiquette consultant." He has an "absolutely appealing way" of imparting his "unique insight" and knowledge to businesspersons without offending those who need it most.

Paul is a Certified Protocol and Etiquette Trainer/Facilitator and is a member of the American Society for Training and Development. He has twice been selected to present his "Power Etiquette for Professionals" seminar to the candidates in the University of Richmond's prestigious Management Development Program. Additionally, he was selected to facilitate business etiquette training for Bank of America's Professional Development program, Wachovia's (First Union Bank) Capital Management Group and WellPoint, Inc.'s Executive Excellence program. He was also an instructor for Cisco Systems, Inc.'s acclaimed Sales Masters Series.

As a widely renown etiquette consultant, Paul has guested on the nationally syndicated financial advice radio program, "The Dolans," and contributed to business program content on National Public Radio. Moreover, he is frequently called upon to contribute his business etiquette expertise to magazine, newspaper and on-line articles:
