Q. Will your company come to our office or meeting site to facilitate a seminar?
A. Yes; we travel the entire US and Canada presenting our customized programs. We will come to your office, meeting site, restaurant or wherever you may choose to conduct business etiquette training.
Q. How are your company's seminars priced?
A. Each of our seminars is priced per event rather than per person; there is no limit on the number of your employees who may attend.
Q. Does your company's fee include travel expenses?
A. No; quoted fees do not include travel expenses.
Q. Can your company customize a program to meet the specific needs of our corporation?
A. Yes; we will work together with you to prepare a program that expertly applies to your company and personnel.
Q. Are your seminar attendees provided handouts?
A. Yes; please contact us to learn details.
Q. What equipment must we provide for your seminar?
A. A digital projector, projection screen, extension cord (if needed), power strip, lavaliere microphone (if needed) and a table for seminar materials and water. We will provide a laptop and remote control.
Q. What is your company's seminar cancellation policy?
A. In the event our client cancels the seminar within thirty (30) days of the seminar date, for any reason, the total investment is due The Executive Protocol Group.
In the event The Executive Protocol Group® cancels the seminar, for any reason, all fees received from our client will be refunded to our client within fourteen (14) days of cancellation.
